Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan’s daughter Alia Bhatt going to do her debut film with Karan Johar, student of the year. At age of 19, she became youngest debut star to step in Bollywood. Upcoming movie Student Of The Year (SOTY),  is an Indian comedy with other debutants actors like Varun Dhawan (Son of Director David Dhawan), Kayoze Irani (son of actor Boman Irani), and newcomer Siddharth Malhotra.  All are new young and fresh faces in lead roles.

Pretty face Alia Bhatt was born on 15 March 1993 in Mumbai and she is younger daughter of Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan. Shaheen Bhatt is her elder sister. Pooja Bhatt and Rahul Bhatt are her half-siblings as they are children of Mahesh Bhatt and his first wife Kiran Bhatt.

Alia Bhatt was student of famous Jamnabai Narsee School in Mumbai and now ready to make it big in acting field. She has acted as a child artist in the movie ‘Sangharsh’, directed by Tanuja Chandra, which starred Akshay Kumar and Preity Zinta, in 1999.

Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan wants to featuring Alia  in the lead in her movie but now she is happy for her daughter’s debut in Karan’s film. Soni Razdan has scripted a film that she will direct soon after Student of The Year is released. The movie is slated to be released on October 11^th.
