On evening of Sunday, 14th October 2012, Nawab Saif Ali Khan and his lady love Beautiful Kareena kapoor celebrated their grand sangeet ceremony with close friends and relatives.The first pre-wedding sangeet functions was held at Kareena's Bandra residence.This function was made to keep it off from the press, because Saifeena’s sangeet was a private affair .Gorgeous Kareena wore a traditional orangish-yellow ghagra and a gold shimmering choli designed by her close buddy Manish Malhotra, To complete her sangeet look, Kareena decorated her hair with a gajra and wore dark green bangles on her arms, a spectacular necklace and a pair of earrings added that bridal charm to her entire look.Saif also dressed traditionally in a white outfit.

After completed the formalities of a registered marriage on 16 Oct, Tuesday afternoon they became husband and wife. According to sources, Saif and Kareena got married between 11.30 am and 12 pm. Saif and Kareena went for a registry marriage at Bandra Family Court. Kareena's mother Babita and father Randhir Kapoor signed as witnesses from the bride's side and Saif's mother and veteran actress Sharmila Tagore signed as a witness from the groom's side. Kareena wore a green salwar-kurta with a heavy embellished red dupatta wrapped around her. She weared it up with minimal jewelry, red bangles and left her hair open. Saif Ali Khan looks stylish in this grey kurta-pyjama.

Nikaah Picture

The newly wedded couple exchanged wedding vows and wedding ring in the presence of friends and relatives on Oct 16, the same day when they had registered marriage. Kareena wore the traditional Pataudi’s wedding outfit, the gharara of Sharmila Tagore, (she worn the same gharara at her own `nikaah`) and Saif wore the royal achkan.

Mumbai reception picture

After a private registry marriage, they had organized a grand reception in the same evening, at a five star Taj Mahal hotel in Colaba, Mumbai. Bollywood’s who’s who was invited in the royal wedding reception party. Kareena wore Manish Malhotra’s creation a burgundy color embellished gharara with maroon duppatta. Saif donned a Banarsi brocade `achkan` by designer Raghvendra Rathore.

Delhi reception

Saif and Kareena throw a big bash party in Delhi on 18 oct. The royal reception party is going to be happening in mughal style.  Dawat-e-Walima, being organized by Saif`s mother Sharmila Tagore.Kareena, wore a pink gharara Manish Malhotra creation, while Saif, wore a black achkan, Raghavendra Rathore creation.
